Klaus comes to real estate from a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Sales Representative in this important field, specialized in consulting Family Physicians, Internal Specialists and Orthopedic Specialists, he honed vital skills in communication, negotiation, management, customer service and administration, all of which are important in achieving success for his real estate clients today.

Seeing himself more as a consultant and educator than a salesperson, he helps his clients to achieve their goals while providing all of the support necessary to set the stage for a smooth, positive and low stress real estate transaction.
